By accessing or using Brain Dock (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any content you capture or store. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local law.
• Attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the Service's security.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service without permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.

You retain ownership of the thoughts, notes, and vision data you store in your dock. You grant us the limited right to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. Your content stays isolated to your account and is never shared with other users.

Brain Dock uses AI to clean up, categorize, and align your notes, and to power the Tommy AI advisor. AI output is advisory and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before acting on it. Do not rely on the Service for legal, financial, or medical decisions.

A free tier is available. Any paid plans we introduce will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue a feature. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; you should export any content you wish to keep beforehand.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI suggestion will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Dock and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on AI-assisted output.

We may revise these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
